Natasha - Head Of Shipping The easiest way to order is to use the shopping cart and pay by credit card. I will also accept payment by personal check or money order (I prefer postal money orders). When I receive notification of an order to be paid by check or money order I will email you with the mailing address. If you have any special requests, such as converting earrings from pierced to clip, send them to jewelrybypaula@cox.net.  I ship First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance and ship 4 to 5 days a week. Items paid for by money order ship right away. I wait up to 10 business days to ship on personal checks. Shipping should be a flat $7.50 per order. If the shopping cart charges you more than this please contact me. I will refund the difference if you go ahead and place the order. Or if you wish to wait, notify me of the problem and I will correct it.  If you are ordering just one or two small, light weight items and are ok with first class shipping, send me an email telling me which items you wish to order and your shipping address. I will email you back with a shipping amount so you can decide how to procede. I do send all items with delivery confirmation.  Because I am a one person business with limited space for shipping supplies I normally send everything insured priority mail, with delivery confirmation. After sending thousands of packages I have found this to be the safest and most dependable way for me to ship.  Returns and exchanges: No refunds. Exchanges only. Shipping charges are non refundable. Buyer must notify me with in three days of receiving item if intention to return and package must be shipped with in 7 days. Once the return is received in the original condition credit will be issued. Exceptions will be made for holiday gifts.  Remember order early and order often. Oh, wait.
